in just two sessions we’ve made videos together!
in our first session we introduced ourselves and our goals and expectations for the workshop. we also began developing a common language for reading images by watching Public Service Announcements.

in our second session we all got to know our cameras and started to become familiar with manual functions. and then…. in groups we brainstormed, storyboarded, and shot our first videos — public service announcements and ‘how to…’ All edits were executed in the camera and each group made the most of few resources. everyone’s teamwork and enthusiasm made this a great session.
can’t wait to see the videos in the third session.
